面肌痉挛患者颅内显微血管减压术后继发小脑梗死三例报道

Cerebral Infarction Secondary to Intracranial Microvascular Decompression in Patients with Hemifacial Spasm:Three Cases Report

颅内显微血管减压术是临床治疗特发性面肌痉挛的唯一手术方式,术后小脑梗死发生率极低,且症状不典型,较易被忽视,但极易危及患者生命。本文通过分析3例颅内显微血管减压术后继发小脑梗死的面肌痉挛患者的临床资料,探讨其发生原因及治疗体会,以便为后期预防及处理方案的制定提供参考依据。

Intracranial microvascular decompression is an only surgical operation in treating hemifacial spasm,the incidence of cerebellar infarction is very low,and the symptoms are atypical,so it is often to be neglected,but the results are serious,even life-threatening.We reviewed the clinical information of three cases who underwent intracranial microvascular decompression operation for hemifacial spasm complicated with cerebellar infarction,and discussed the causes and treatment experience of cerebral infarction,in order to provide reference for later prevention and treatment methods.
