摘要
对地热资源进行了宏观分析,提出了无干扰地热供热成本及经济效益分析模型。在政府补贴的情况下,无干扰地热供热采暖季月单位面积收入和成本分别为7.05元/(月·m^(2))、3.95元/(月·m^(2))。将无干扰地热供热与燃煤、天然气供热方式进行了初始投资及成本对比分析,发现无干扰地热供热初始投资为142.70元/m^(2),相对较小,且运行期费用最低。无干扰地热供热在利润空间以及生态环境保护上具有较大优势。
Based on the macro analysis of geothermal resources,the paper puts forward the cost and economic benefit analysis model of non-interference geothermal heating.Under the condition of government subsidies,the monthly revenue and cost of non-interference geothermal heating season are 7.05 yuan/(month·m^(2))and 3.95 yuan/(month·m^(2)),respectively.By comparing the initial investment and cost of non-interference geothermal heating with coal-fired and natural gas heating modes,it is found that the initial investment of non-interference geothermal heating is 142.7 yuan/m^(2),which is relatively small,and the operating cost is the lowest.The non-interference geothermal heating has great advantages in profit space and ecological environment protection.
