能源管理和技术改造协同降低铜冶炼厂能源消耗

摘要 某铜冶炼厂根据国家"十四五"期间的节能减排计划,参照标准《铜冶炼企业单位产品能源消耗限额》准确核算,通过加强基础能源管理工作和工艺、装备提升等技改工作,将吨铜综合能耗由368.78kgce/t降至310kgce/t,低于行业准入指标,可推动企业高质量发展。 According to the national "14th Five-Year Plan" period, a copper smelter has accurate calculations with reference to the standard "Energy Consumption Quota per Product of Copper Smelting Enterprises", and through the strengthening of basic energy management and technological improvements such as technological and equipment upgrades, the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of copper decreased from 368.78 kgce/t to 310 kgce/t, which is lower than the industry access index and promoting high-quality development of the enterpris.
