三门峡老城区拆、改、留综合评价研究

Study of Comprehensive Evaluation of Urban Regeneration of Sanmenxia City

通过广泛查阅国内外文献,运用城乡规划学专业知识,对三门峡老城区旧城改造中的老城区改造进行分析研究,对老城区拆、改、留的现状与动态进行全面掌握,分析老城区城市更新发展的现状与趋势,为问题的提出以及综合评价体系的建立提供一定的理论基础。提出基于生态文明战略背景下老城区的评价体系,针对城市的特点,在判断过程中丰富判断方法,使人们对三门峡老城区城市更新问题有更直观的参与感,并结合定量和定性的评价方法,建立三门峡老城区拆、改、留综合评价指标体系和模型。

Through extensive access to domestic and foreign literature,using the professional knowledge of urban and rural planning,to analyze and study the old city transformation in the old city transformation of Sanmenxia,to comprehensively grasp the current situation and dynamics of the old city demolition,replacement and retention,to analyze the current situation and trend of urban renewal and development in the old city,and to put forward the problems and the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation system based on a certain theoretical basis,this paper puts forward an evaluation system of the old urban area under the background of ecological civilization strategy.According to the characteristics of the city,it enriches the judgment methods in the judgment process,so that people can have a more intuitive participation in the urban renewal of the old urban area of Sanmenxia.Combined with quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods,it establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system and model of the old urban area of Sanmenxia.
