摘要
目前,国内现存的校舍许多建于20世纪八九十年代,而这些建筑抗震设计主要依据当时的抗震规范,其抗震性能相对较差。论文结合淄博市工业学校的抗震加固设计,对加固设计过程中遇到的问题及处理措施进行了总结。如加固方式的选择、后续使用年限的确定、刚度理论在加固改造中的运用、通过加固改变既有建筑结构体系以及建筑共振的处理等问题。通过这些总结可使结构设计者对抗震加固设计有较全面的了解和认识。
At present,many of the existing school buildings in China were built in the 1980s and 1990s.However,because the seismic design of these buildings is mainly based on the seismic codes at the time,their seismic performance is relatively poor.This article summarizes the problems encountered in the reinforcement design process and the treatment measures in combination with the seismic reinforcement design of Zibo Industrial School.Such as the choice of reinforcement methods,the determination of subsequent service life,the application of stiffness theory in reinforcement and transformation,the modification of existing building structural systems through reinforcement,and the treatment of building resonance.Through these conclusions,the structural designer has a comprehensive understanding of seismic reinforcement design.
