人防工程作为附建工程,一般与地下车库合用,因此,需要处理好平、战工况之间的不同需求。论文介绍了地下车库与人防工程通风系统平战结合的设计原则,结合工程实例,对车库的平时通风、消防排烟及人防通风的系统设计进行了阐述,并提出了在设计时需注意的几个问题。

Civil air defense projects are generally used together with underground garages as auxiliary projects.Therefore,it is necessary to handle the contradiction between peace and war conditions.This article introduces the design principles of the combination ventilation system of the underground garage and the civil air defense engineering,and combining with an engineering example,clarifies the system design of the garage's usual ventilation,fire smoke exhaust and air defense ventilation system,and puts forward several problems that need to be paid attention to in design.
