摘要
使用离心真空泵来实现真空变压吸附流程中的真空脱附工艺,具有大气量和不易损坏等优点,可替代多台活塞式真空泵的并联运行。论文以某化工厂吸附塔抽真空解吸时所使用的一氧化碳离心真空泵为研究对象,讨论了离心真空泵设计点的选取方法。
Using centrifugal vacuum pump to achieve the desorption technology of vacuum pressure swing adsorption(VPSA)process is of great significance to industrial energy saving.The centrifugal vacuum pump has the advantages of high flow rate and less possibility to damage,and so on.It can replace the parallel operation of multiple piston vacuum pumps.In this paper,the carbon monoxide centrifugal vacuum pump used in the vacuum desorption of the adsorption tower of a chemical plant is taken as the research object,and the method of selecting the design points of the centrifugal vacuum pump is discussed.
