摘要
新疆某工业园区污水处理厂规划总规模3×10^(4)m^(3)/d,近期实施1.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d,设计出水水质指标满足GB 18918—2002 《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准,污水处理采用"格栅+初沉池+调节池+改良型氧化沟+高密度沉淀池+滤布滤池+次氯酸钠消毒"工艺,污泥处理采用高压板框压滤脱水机,尾水全部用于园区绿化灌溉。针对园区产业发展规律,在达标排放的目标基础上,采取预留措施,节省工程投资。
The total designed scale of the wastewater treatment plant of an industrial park in Xinjiang is 3×10^(4)m^(3)/d,of which 1.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d was implemented recently.The treated water is required to reach the Class I level A of GB 18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastew ater Treatment Plant.The process of"grille+primary sedimentation tank+regulating tank+improved oxidation ditch+Densadeg+cloth media filter+disinfection by sodium hypochlorite"is adopted for the wastewater treatment project.High pressure plate-frame filter press dehydrator is used for sludge treatment,with all squeezed water using for irrigation in the park.The reservation measures were also taken to save the project investment on the basis of meeting the requirement for the treated water,according to the development law of industrial park.
