摘要
房建工程地基施工技术的应用,是房建工程安全稳定施工的重要保证。地基承载力对房建地基整体荷载力具有一定的影响。采用有限元软件对地基承载力进行模拟仿真,并对地基承载力进行分析和计算,然后应用于具体的房建工程地基施工中,有利于提高房建工程地基施工的稳定性和安全性。论文对房建工程地基施工的重要性进行了简单介绍,对地基施工中产生的地基承载力进行了科学计算,并通过有限元软件模型对地基承载力参数进行了分析,结合房建工程地基施工的实际情况,提出了地基施工技术在房建工程地基施工过程中的应用方案。
The application of foundation construction technology in housing construction projects is an important guarantee for the safe and stable construction of housing construction projects.The foundation bearing capacity has a certain impact on the overall load capacity of the housing foundation.The finite element software is used to simulate the foundation bearing capacity,analyze and calculate the foundation bearing capacity,and then apply it to the specific foundation construction of the housing project,which is conducive to the stability and safety improving of the foundation construction of the housing project.This paper briefly introduces the importance of foundation construction of housing construction project,scientifically calculates the foundation bearing capacity produced in foundation construction,and analyzes the foundation bearing capacity parameters through finite element software model.Combined with the actual situation of foundation construction of housing construction project,this paper puts forward the application scheme of foundation construction technology in the process of foundation construction of housing construction project.
