Paper makes systematic analysis and research on the overall development situation and legal framework of Colombian infrastructure PPP projects,as well as the strategies and details that need to be paid attention to when Chinese infrastructure enterprises participate in PPP projects in Colombia.It is hoped to provide useful inspiration and reference for Chinese infrastructure enterprises to enter the Colombian infrastructure PPP market.
