Discussion on Optimizing the General Contract System of Highway Industry

为了促进公路行业工程总承包更好地发展,论文结合EPC总承包模式的特点,对国内公路工程总承包模式的现状进行阐述及分析,通过借鉴国内其他行业较成熟的总承包模式制度以及国外成熟EPC项目制度,就公路工程总承包制度的完善进行探讨,并提出合理的优化建议。

In order to promote the better development of general contracting in highway industry,based on the characteristics of EPC general contracting mode,this paper expounds and analyzes the current situation of the general contracting mode in domestic highway engineering area.By comparing from the more mature general contracting mode system of other industries in China and foreign mature EPC project system,this paper discusses the perfection of the general contracting system for highway engineering,and puts forward some suggestions.
