摘要 研究利用Design-Expert 8.0.5.0软件优化黄金菊总黄酮提取工艺,并通过系统研究酒精度、温度、pH和光照条件对菊花总黄酮稳定性的影响,为菊花系列产品的开发和利用提供了理论参考。结果表明,黄金菊最优提取条件为:超声提取温度60℃,超声提取时间30min,料液比1∶50(g∶mL);提取率最高为9.01%,且回归模型的预测值与实际值非常接近,说明此模型准确可靠;菊花总黄酮在温度低于70℃、pH<4以及遮光的条件下较稳定,酒精度在40%vol以上时几乎不影响菊花黄酮的稳定性,此外,在贮藏过程中应避免接触Fe2+、Cu2+。 In this study, design expert 8.0.5.0 software was used to optimize the total flavonoids extraction of Perennial Chamomile. The effects of alcohol, temperature, pH and light on the stability of total flavonoids in chrysanthemum were studied, which provided theoretical reference for the development and utilization of chrysanthemum products. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were: ultrasonic extraction temperature 60℃, ultrasonic extraction time 30 min, material liquid ratio 1 ∶50(g ∶m L);the highest extraction rates were 9.01%, and the predicted value of regression model was very close to the actual value, which indicated that the model was accurate and reliable;The total flavonoids of chrysanthemum was stable under the conditions of temperature below 70℃,p H<4 and shading. When the alcohol content is above 40%vol, the stability of chrysanthemum flavonoids is almost not affected. In addition, it is worthy of notice that Fe2+and Cu2+should be avoided during storage.
