摘要
在酿酒产业下,酒醅的检测必不可少,人工检测下,工作费时、费力,为了找出更加快速的酒醅检测方式,正式引进了酒醅检测仪,酒醅检测仪的原理是近红外光谱分析;红外光谱分析是将光谱测量技术、计算机技术、化学计量学技术与基础测试技术的有机结合。近红外光谱主要是反映C-H、O-H、N-H、S-H等化学键的信息因此分析范围几乎可覆盖所有的有机化合物和混合物。在一年的检测当中发现,用酒醅检测仪检测酒醅耗时短,无化学污染等特点。
In the brewing industry, the detection of fermented grains was essential. Under the manual detection, the work was time-consuming and laborious. In order to find out a more rapid detection method of fermented grains, the detector of fermented grains had been formally introduced. The principle of the detector was near-infrared spectrum analysis;infrared spectrum analysis was the organic combination of spectrum measurement technology, computer technology, chemometrics technology and basic testing technology Combination.Near infrared spectroscopy mainly reflected the information of C-H, O-H, N-H, S-H and other chemical bonds, so the analytical range could almost cover all organic compounds and mixtures. In one year’s test, it was found that the detection time of fermented grains with fermented grains detector was short and there was no chemical pollution.
