Informatization and application of construction machinery management

国内大型施工企业在项目施工中,工程机械数量多、种类多、分布散,频繁的机械设备调动增加了设备调度、维护、管理的难度。做好工程项目机械设备管理工作,可充分发挥机械设备性能,节省使用成本,提高企业经济效益。文章以深中通道项目机械设备物联网实时监测系统应用为例,探讨对项目现场机械设备的管控。应用实践证明,工程机械的动态管理有效提升了管理效率,降低了机械使用成本,减少了机械闲置时间。

In the project construction of domestic large-scale construction enterprises,there are many construction machinery,various types and scattered distribution,the frequent mobilization of mechanical equipment increases the difficulty of equipment scheduling,maintenance and management.To do a good job in mechanical equipment management in engineering projects can give full play to the mechanical equipment performance,save the use cost and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Taking the application of the internet of things real-time monitoring system of mechanical equipment of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link project as an example to discuss the management and control of mechanical equipment on the project site.The application practice shows that the dynamic management of construction machinery effectively improves the management efficiency,reduces the use cost of machinery,and reduces the idle time of machinery.
