中国与东盟建立对话关系30年来,双边关系发生了重大变化,成为了睦邻与互信的伙伴,实现了合作共赢的目标。30年对话与合作,最为宝贵的经验是把对话作为共识的价值观、把相互尊重作为共识的文化、把开展合作作为共识的基础。在复杂多变的国际局势中,中国与东盟一直坚守对话与合作的大方向不动摇。中国与东盟的未来关系发展面临着诸多挑战,应对新形势、新问题、新目标,需要新思维、新方略、新智慧。在百年未有之大变局的时代背景下,中国-东盟地区有望成为亚洲乃至世界的发展中心,中国与东盟需要协力把握双边关系稳定,稳固和平与发展的大局根基,为地区与世界的稳定繁荣做出更大贡献。

In the 30 years of the China-ASEAN Dialogue,the bilateral relationship has undergone significant changes.China and ASEAN countries have become good neighbors and credible partners and achieved win-win cooperation.The most valuable experience over the 30 years is to build consensus based on dialogue,mutual respect and collaboration.Amid the complex international situation,China and ASEAN countries have insisted on dialogue and cooperation.The development of China-ASEAN relations faces many challenges and demands new thinking,strategies and wisdom to deal with new situations,issues and goals.With changes unseen in a century,the China-ASEAN region is expected to become the development center of Asia and even the world.China and ASEAN need to work together on the stability of bilateral relations,facilitate peace and development,and make greater contributions to the stability and prosperity of the region and the world.
