海藻酸钠基碳气凝胶的染料吸附及油水分离研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用来源广泛、绿色无污染的海洋材料海藻酸钠为碳源,经湿法纺丝、高温碳化和水洗制备了海藻酸钠基碳气凝胶W-SACA。W-SACA具有丰富的孔洞结构和高达1143.77 m^(2)/g的比表面积。以阳离子染料亚甲基蓝(MB)、阴离子染料甲基橙(MO)、溶剂染料油红O(ORO)为代表考察了接触时间、染料浓度、温度、pH对吸附效果的影响,结果表明,W-SACA对这3种染料的吸附量分别高达196.5009、198.9216、194.3202 mg/g。此外,W-SACA也成功地应用于油水混合物和乳液的高效分离。 Sodium alginate carbon aerogel W-SACA was prepared by wet spinning,high temperature carbonization and water washing using the marine material sodium alginate as carbon source.W-SACA had abundant pore structure with a specific surface area up to 1143.77 m^(2)/g.The effects of contact time,dye concentration,temperature and pH on adsorption were studied,represented by cationic dye methylene blue(MB),anionic dye methyl orange(MO)and solvent dye oil red O(ORO).The results showed that the adsorption capacities of W-SACA to these dyes were 196.5009,198.9216 and 194.3202 mg/g,respectively.In addition,W-SACA has been successfully applied to the separation of oil-water mixture and emulsion.
