摘要
以二甲胺与环氧氯丙烷为原料,乙二胺为交联剂,合成了高含量的低分子质量阳离子清水剂,进行了中试放大和结构表征,并进行了矿场应用试验。结果表明:小试产物与中试产物经红外光谱和1HNMR的表征结果一致。使用小试产物与中试产物对含油污泥水进行处理,效果优于聚铝清水剂,与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的处理效果一致。合成产物作用时的絮体沉降速率介于聚铝清水剂和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺清水剂之间,絮体紧密度适中。在矿场应用中解决了以往由于絮体紧密度过高而导致的流程中断问题。
A low molecular weight cationic water clarifier with high content was synthesized,using dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin as raw material,ethylenediamine as the cross-linking agent.Pilot scale-up,structural characterization and field application tests were carried out.The results showed that IR and 1HNMR characterization of the products in small-scale test were in agreement with those in pilot test.Oily sludge water was treated by small-sacle and pilot test products.The treatment effect was better than that of polyaluminium chloride water clarifier,which was consistent with that of cationic polyacrylamide.The sedimentation rate of the flocs treated by synthetic product was between the that of polyaluminum chloride and cationic polyacrylamide,and the flocs were of moderate compactness.The problem of flow interruption in the field application caused by high floc density was solved.
