微型射频玻璃绝缘子电镀后玻璃表面沉积金粒的原因和改进

摘要 采用鱼骨图对微型射频玻璃绝缘子电镀后玻璃表面沉积金粒的原因进行了分析,发现玻璃表面在烧结过程中沾染石墨粉(渣)而具有导电性,在后续电镀时就会有金粒沉积在其表面。通过在无水乙醇中对石墨模具进行超声清洗,延长微型射频玻璃绝缘子镀前氢氟酸浸洗的时间并对其进行磁力研磨,上述问题得到解决。 The causes of the deposition of gold particles on glass surface after electroplating of miniature radio frequency glass insulator were analyzed using a fishbone diagram.It was found that the attachment of conductive graphite powder or slag onto the glass surface during sintering results in the deposition of gold particles thereon during the subsequent electroplating process.The problem could be solved by cleaning the graphite mold ultrasonically in absolute ethanol,as well as extending the HF immersion time for miniature radio frequency glass insulator and grinding it magnetically before electroplating.
