舍饲育肥对阿什旦牦牛胴体性状和肉品质的影响

摘要 为研究舍饲育肥对阿什旦牦牛酮体性状和肉制品制产生的影响,于2020年4—10月,从大通县某牦牛养殖户选择2周龄的青年牦牛公牛22头,按照随机原则,将其划分为试验组和对照组,每组各11头,养殖7月后,统计试验组和对照组阿什旦牦牛的酮体性状和肉质品质。研究结果表明,试验组育肥牛的酮体性状和肉质品质与对照组相比差异性及其显著(P<0.05),舍饲养殖有利于改善阿什旦牦牛的酮体性状,增加经济效益。通过指导养殖户转变传统舍饲养殖,对阿什旦牦牛进行集中管理,能极大提高阿什旦牦牛的酮体性状,并改善牛肉品质,在阿什旦牦牛养殖中值得进一步推广应用。 In order to study the effect of House feeding and fattening on ketosomatic traits and meat products of Ashdan yaks,22 young yaks of 2 weeks old were selected from a yak breeder in Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous county,China,in April 10,2020,the experiment group and control group were divided into experiment group and control group,each group had 11 animals.After 7 months breeding,the ketosomatic traits and meat quality of Ashdan yaks were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in ketosomatic traits and meat quality(P<0.05)between the experiment group and the control group.The house raising was beneficial to improve the ketosomatic traits and increase the economic benefit of Ashdan yak.Through guiding the farmers to change the traditional house raising and centralized management of Ashdan yaks,the ketosomatic traits of Ashdan yaks can be greatly improved,and the beef quality can be improved.
