猪疥螨病又被称为螨虫病,是由痒螨或疥螨寄生在猪体表皮肤引发的一种接触性体表寄生虫病,临床上主要以慢性皮炎或皮肤过敏,身体瘙痒难耐为主要特征。疥螨病造成的死亡率较低,但是由于身体瘙痒难耐,猪群不能正常采食休息,造成猪群生长发育迟缓,饲料利用率显著下降,继发感染坏死杆菌、葡萄球菌后,易加重病情,引发严重的死亡,带来的经济损失较大,对整个生猪养殖产业造成严重威胁。很多规模化生猪养殖场,猪疥螨病的感染率高达30%以上,由此带来的经济损失严重。该文主要论述猪疥螨病的流行病学、临床症状,并结合一起发病病例探讨猪疥螨病的诊断和治疗方案。

;Swine sarcoptic mange,also known as acariasis,is a kind of contact surface parasitic disease caused by itch mite or sarcoptes scabiei on the skin of pigs.The mortality rate caused by sarcoptic acariasis is relatively low,but due to itching and intolerance of the body,the pigs can not normally take food and rest,resulting in slow growth and development of the pigs,the feed utilization rate drops significantly,and the secondary infection with necrotic bacilli and staphylococci is easy to aggravate the condition,cause serious death,bring the economic loss is bigger,cause the serious threat to the whole pig breeding industry.In many large-scale pig farms,the infection rate of swine sarcoptic acariasis is over 30%,which brings serious economic loss.This paper mainly discusses the epidemiology and clinical symptoms of swine sarcoptic acariasis,and discusses the diagnosis and treatment of swine sarcoptic acariasis.
