In view of the grass-roots animal surveillance and law enforcement problems and countermeasures,will focus on the establishment of independent surveillance departments,and supervision and law enforcement issues as the main basis.The objective of strengthening professional and technical supervision and analyzing various factors is to strictly control the cultivation,supervision and law enforcement of grass-roots animals so as to promote the stable and sustainable development of grass-roots animal industry in China.Optimizing China's agricultural and livestock products.The existing problems of animal health and quarantine work at the grass-roots level are analyzed,and the countermeasures of animal health and quarantine work at the grass-roots level are discussed.
