摘要
噬菌体本质是一种能侵染细菌的病毒,广泛分布在自然界,对能侵染的目的菌具有杀灭作用,临床可替代抗生素进行疾病的治疗。随着我国饲料禁抗政策的出台,无抗养殖成为未来发展的趋势,噬菌体技术在此背景下受到业界广泛重视,该技术目前已经在畜牧业、环保和疾病治疗等领域得到应用。与抗生素相比,噬菌体具有安全性高、治疗更彻底和不产生药物残留的优点,在实际应用中也存在评估数据不足,血清型需要对应以及恶劣环境中容易死亡的缺点;随着科学的进步和技术的不断改进,噬菌体技术会在养殖领域应用越来越广泛。
Bacteriophage is a kind of virus that can infect bacteria.It is widely distributed in nature and can kill the bacteria that can infect.With the introduction of feed prohibition and resistance policy in China,non-resistant breeding has become a trend in the future,and phage technology has received wide attention in the industry under this background,the technology has been applied in the fields of animal husbandry,environmental protection and disease treatment.Compared with antibiotics,bacteriophages have the advantages of high safety,more thorough treatment and no drug residues.In practical application,there are also shortcomings such as insufficient evaluation data,need for corresponding serotypes and easy death in harsh environment With the progress of science and technology,phage technology will be more and more widely used in the field of aquaculture.
