摘要
目的探讨唑来膦酸联合骨化三醇干预老年男性骨质疏松症患者股骨颈骨量的临床疗效。方法选取100例2018年4月—2019年4月在莆田市第一医院老年科病房就诊的老年男性骨质疏松患者100例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者予以骨化三醇0.5μg/d,醋酸钙600 mg/d,研究组患者在上述口服药物基础上注射1次唑来膦酸(密固达)。对比2组治疗前后股骨颈BMD的变化。结果对照组骨密度治疗后无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组股骨颈BMD与治疗前相比显著上升,且明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未出现严重不良反应。治疗后研究组VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸与骨化三醇联合用药有助于提升老年男性骨质疏松患者股骨颈BMD,降低其股骨颈骨折风险,有效减轻骨痛,提高生活质量,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with calcitriol in the intervention of femoral neck bone mass in elderly men with osteoporosis.Methods a total of 100 elderly male osteoporosis patients who visited the Geriatric ward of Putian First Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given calcitriol 0.5ug/day and calcium acetate 600mg/day.Patients in the study group were injected with zoledronic acid(Mig)once on the basis of the above-mentioned oral drugs.the two groups were followed up to compare the changes of femoral neck BMD before and after treatment.Results there was no significant difference in BMD in the control group(P>0.05).Femoral neck BMD of the study group was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).None of the subjects in the study had any serious adverse reactions.VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with calcitriol is helpful to improve femoral neck BMD in elderly male osteoporosis patients,reduce the risk of femoral neck fracture,effectively reduce bone pain,and improve the quality of life,so it is suitable for the elderly male osteoporosis patients.
