止咳糖浆联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘症状、肺功能及炎症反应影响

Effect of Cough Syrup Combined with Budesonide Formoterol Inhalation on Symptoms,Lung Function and Inflammation in Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的分析止咳糖浆联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘症状、肺功能及炎症反应的影响。方法方便选取该院门诊于2018年3月—2020年3月治疗的78例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿为研究对象,经随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组(39例)仅接受布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂雾化吸入治疗;实验组(39例)则选择止咳糖浆联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗,观察比较两组疗效。结果实验组的气喘、哮鸣音、咳嗽消失时间分别为(3.73±1.02)d、(4.77±1.29)d、(7.58±2.07)d,均明显短于对照组的(4.87±1.24)d、(6.05±1.66)d、(9.43±3.16)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.434、3.802、3.058,P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的FEV1、FEV1/FVC均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组治疗后的FEV1、FEV1/FVC均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的IL-6、ECP水平均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组治疗后的IL-6、ECP水平均明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用止咳糖浆联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿进行治疗,能对患儿临床症状进行快速缓解,对其肺功能进行显著改善,让其炎症反应明显减轻。

Objective To analyze the effect of cough syrup combined with budesonide formoterol inhalation on the symptoms,lung function and inflammation of children with cough variant asthma.Methods Conveniently selected 78 children with cough variant asthma treated in the outpatient clinic of this hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were the subjects of the study.They were divided into two groups by a random number table method.The control group(39 cases)received only budesonide formoterol inhalation spray inhalation treatment;the experimental group(39 cases)chose cough syrup combined with budesonide formoterol inhalation treatment,and observed the effect of the two groups.Results The disappearance time of asthma,wheezing,and cough in the experimental group were(3.73±1.02)d,(4.77±1.29)d,and(7.58±2.07)d,respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(4.87±1.24)d,(6.05±1.66)d,(9.43±3.16)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.434,3.802,3.058,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-6 and ECP of the two groups after treatment decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-6 and ECP of the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cough syrup combined with budesonide formoterol inhalation to treat children with cough variant asthma can quickly relieve the children’s clinical symptoms,significantly improve their lung function,and significantly reduce their inflammatory response.
