摘要
目的探讨个性化护理在耳鼻喉科护理工作中的应用及价值。方法随机选取该院2018年1月—2020年1月耳鼻喉科就诊患者80例,以患者入院时间不同分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予个性化护理,比较患者依从率、护理满意度及不良事件发生率。结果研究组患者依从率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05);研究组对护士操作技术满意度、护理服务态度满意度、就诊秩序满意度、健康教育措施满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理在耳鼻喉科护理工作中的应用有利于提高患者依从性,且能够减少不良事件发生,为患者提供高质量护理服务,患者满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application and value of personalized nursing in the nursing work of ENT department.Methods A total of 80 otolaryngology patients in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given personalized care.The patient compliance rate,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared.Results The patient compliance rate of the study group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the study group(2.50%)was lower than the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05);the study group’s satisfaction with nurses’operational skills,nursing service attitude,medical order,and health education measures were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in otolaryngology nursing work is conducive to improving patient compliance,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,provide patients with high-quality nursing services,and have high patient satisfaction.
