糖尿病足患者护理期间实施个性化护理的有效性分析

Analysis on the Effectiveness of Individualized Nursing during the Nursing Period of Diabetic Foot Patients

目的探讨个性化护理在糖尿病足患者中的实施效果。方法该次纳入对象为方便选取福建省南平市第一医院烧伤疼痛科2018年1月—2020年1月收治的90例糖尿病足患者,数字随机法分成两组,各45例,其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取个性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果对照组入院时健康知识掌握情况评分与出院时比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.357,P<0.05),观察组入院时健康知识掌握情况评分与出院时比较差异有统计学意义(t=22.127,P<0.05);两组入院时健康知识掌握情况评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.631,P=0.530),出院时健康知识掌握情况评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.284,P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.6%,对照组为82.2%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044)。结论对糖尿病足患者实施个性化护理护理效果较好,可明显提高患者健康知识掌握水平。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized care in diabetic foot patients.Methods The subjects included were conveniently selected 90 diabetic foot patients who admitted to the department of burns and pain,nanping first hospital,Fujian province from January 2018 to January 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,the observation group took personalized nursing care and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The health knowledge scores of the control group at admission and discharge were statistically different(t=10.357,P<0.05),and the health knowledge scores of the observation group at admission and discharge were statistically different(t=22.127,P<0.05);the health knowledge scores was no statistical difference when the two groups were admitted to the hospital(t=0.631,P=0.530),and the health knowledge scores was a statistical difference at discharge(t=11.284,P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%,and that of the control group was 82.2%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044).Conclusion The effect of personalized nursing care for patients with diabetic foot is good,and it can significantly improve the level of patients'health knowledge.
