摘要 本文用P507和N235组成的协同萃取体系萃取氯化钕和氯化钆的混合稀土料液。通过研究萃取体系,协同萃取剂的配比,振荡时间及相比对萃取率的影响,研究结果表明,当P507与N235的体积比为1∶1、振荡时间10 min、相比3∶1时,协同萃取体系具有最佳萃取效果,萃取率可达90%;红外表征中萃取相出现的特征峰,可定性说明萃取反应的发生。 In this paper,a cooperative extraction system composed of P507 and N235 was used to extract the mixed rare earth material of neodymium chloride and gadolinium chloride.Through the study of the extraction system,the ratio of the cooperative extractant,the shaking time and the effect of the comparison on the extraction rate,the results showed that When the volume ratio of P507 to N235 is 1∶1,the shaking time is 10min,and the comparison is 3∶1,the collaborative extraction system has the best extraction effect,and the extraction rate can reach 90%;the characteristic peaks that appear in the extraction phase in the infrared characterization can be A qualitative description of the occurrence of the extraction reaction.
