This paper introduces the basic parameters,main structure,working principle and action steps of the mixing and Reclaimer,and analyzes the process of the raw material field,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems that have occurred successively since several sets of equipment were put into use in recent years,and expounds the schemes and contents of the maintenance and transformation in detail,continuous improvement of equipment performance is aimed at structural optimization,reduction of failure rate,reduction of spare parts consumption and continuous and stable operation.It is proved by practice that positive results have been achieved,ensuring the controllability of production organization steps of material yard.
