摘要
为鉴定评价11份不同草地早熟禾种质材料幼苗的耐旱性,将种子播种于育苗钵中,待幼苗生长至4~5片真叶时进行15%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫处理。测定相对含水量(RWC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、叶绿素(Chl)、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖(SS)含量。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,11份草地早熟禾种质材料RWC和Chl含量显著降低,而SOD、POD、CAT、Pro、MDA和SS含量均有不同程度的增加;利用隶属函数法分析得出11份供试材料耐旱性强弱排序依次为10-202>秦州>橄榄球>午夜2号>清水>10-130>09-085>天水>解放者>蓝月>09-61。因此10-202和秦州可作为选育耐旱品种的候选材料。
In order to evaluate the drought tolerance of 11 kentucky bluegrass germplasm,the seeds were planted in the seedling bowls.Drought stress treatment was simulated by imposing 15%PEG-6000 when the seedlings had four-five true leaves.The relative water content(RWC),chlorophyll(Chl),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),proline(pro),malondialdehyde(MDA)and soluble sugar(SS)were measured.The results showed that under drought stress,RWC and Chl decreased significantly,while SOD,POD,CAT,Pro,MDA and SS increased to some extent.Drought tolerance of 11 bluegrass varieties were assessed using the subordinate function,with the ranking as 10-202>Qinzhou>Rugby>Midnight 2>Qingshui>10-130>09-085>Tianshui>Liberator>Bluemoon>09-61.Therefore,10-202 and Qinzhou could be used as the potential germplasm for breeding drought resistant varieties.
