摘要
DC-DC变换器被广泛应用于分布式供电体系领域.本文分别用IGBT和MOSFET搭建可逆DC-DC变换器,实现24 V到12 V,相应速度为100 ms的双向变换小功率DC-DC变换器设计.通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了基于MOSFET搭建的电路得到的电压值波形浮动为0.1V,相比于IGBT模型更为稳定.
DC-DC converter is widely used in distributed power supply system.In this paper,the main circuit of reversible DC-DC converter built by IGBT and MOSFET are respectively introduced.The design of low-power bi-directional DC-DC converter with 24 V to 12 V and corresponding speed of 100 ms is realized.The results of MATLAB/Simulink simulation show that the voltage value of the circuit based on MOSFET is more stable.The voltage waveform fluctuates is 0.1V.
