Implementation and effect of standardized nursing operation of blood purification

目的探讨标准化血液净化护理操作的实施与效果。方法选取本科室护士30例作为研究对象,对比实施标准化血液净化护理操作流程前(2019年3月)和操作后(2019年7月),血液净化护理操作细节质量评价得分及患者对护理服务满意度。结果实施标准化血液净化护理操作后,护士在血液净化细节质量评价得分较实施前有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者对护理服务满意度较质量改进前有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施标准化血液净化护理操作可以提高护理操作细节评价得分及患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the implementation and effectiveness of standardized nursing operation of blood purification.Methods Thirty nurses in our department were selected as study subjects to compare the quality evaluation scores of blood purification nursing operations and patients’satisfaction with nursing services before and after the implementation of standardized academic purification nursing operations.Results After the implementation of standardized academic purification nursing operations,nurses’scores in the evaluation of the quality of blood purification nursing operations were statistically significant compared with those before the implementation,and patients’satisfaction with nursing services was statistically significant compared with those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized blood purification care operations can improve the detailed evaluation scores of nursing operations and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.
