隧道衬砌混凝土随机骨料生成与投放算法

摘要 隧道衬砌混凝土随机骨料模型建立是研究其力学特性的基础手段。本文以椭圆圆心、长轴、长轴倾角与扁平因子为投放参数及点到两焦点距离和大于长轴长为干涉条件生成卵石骨料,以圆参数方程上随机取点向外延拓多边形及两圆心距离大于半径之和为干涉条件生成碎石骨料,生成骨料体积率与理论值的误差控制4.0%以内,满足混凝土随机骨料连续级配理论;多边形以圆面积为控制指标,伸缩因子为1.1〜1.2可有效避免生成锥形片状骨料,可大大减少迭代次数,提高生成效率。采用ANSYS参数化设计语言投放生成骨料模型,无需编写与其他程序语言生成骨料模型的程序接口,为后续在细观层次进行力学分析及质量检测奠定基础。 The establishment of a random aggregate model of tunnel lining concrete is a basic means to study its mechanical properties.In this paper,the center of the ellipse,the long axis,the long axis inclination and the flatness factor are used as the placement parameters,and the distance between the point to the two focal points and the length greater than the long axis are used as the interference conditions.The distance of the center of the circle is greater than the sum of the radius to generate crushed aggregate for the interference condition.The error between the volume ratio of the generated aggregate and the theoretical value is controlled within 4.0%,which satisfies the continuous gradation theory of concrete random aggregate;1.1〜1.2 can efifectively avoid the generation of cone-shaped sheet aggregates,which can greatly reduce the number of iterations and improve the generation efficiency.The ANSYS parameterized design language is used to generate the aggregate model,and there is no need to write a program interface with other programming languages to generate the aggregate model,which lays the foundation for subsequent mechanical analysis and quality inspection at the meso level.
