摘要 无磁计量技术由于具有诸多优点在现代智能水表中得到广泛应用,其基本原理是LC振荡时电感遇到导体会产生电涡流,加速振荡的衰减过程。向电容与电感注入能量的频率即采样频率,是自适应调整策略的基石,系统功耗与采样频率呈正相关。针对直接在基表叶轮上安装发讯片导致采样频率高,系统功耗增大的问题,提出了无磁计量采样频率自适应调整策略,设计了叶轮式智能水表样机。经试验检测,不同流量点的系统功耗有显著差别,从而可延长电池的使用寿命,对以电池供电的仪表行业有较高的借鉴作用。 Nonmagnetic metering technology has been widely used in modern intelligent water meters due to its many advantages.Its basic principle is that when LC oscillation occurs,the inductance will generate eddy current when it meets the conductor,which will accelerate the attenuation process of oscillation.The frequency at which energy is injected into capacitance and inductance is the cornerstone of adaptive adjustment strategy,and the system power consumption is positively correlated with the sampling frequency.To solve the problem of high sampling frequency and increasing power consumption caused by installing the transmitter directly on the base table impeller.Self-adaptive adjustment strategy of sampling frequency is proposed,a prototype of impeller intelligent water meter is designed.The experimental results show that the power consumption of the system at different flow points is significantly different,which can prolong the service life of the battery and can be used as a reference for the instrument industry powered by the battery.
