摘要
目的了解新入职本科护士在规范化培训过程中的心理韧性,以便为继续开展规范化培训与管理提供科学依据。方法采用目的抽样的方法在规范化培训前、后对本科新入职护士采用心理韧性量表调查;规培结束后采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对10名本科毕业的新护士进行深入访谈,将访谈资料按Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果可归纳出4个主题:心理韧性水平较规培前有所提高;身体、心理压力大;归属感低;职业获益感有所提高。结论护理管理者应该重视本科护士在规范化培训中的真实感受,关心、体贴、支持她们,了解并满足她们的基本需求,优化规范化培训的轮转及考核制度,减轻新护士的身心压力,从而增强培训效果,增强新护士的综合素质,使其尽快适应并胜任临床护理工作。
Objective To Understand the resilience of newly recruited bachelor nurses in the process of standardized training,in order to provide scientific basis for standardized training and management.Methods Purpose sampling was used before and after standardized training,the psychological resilience scale was used to investigate the new nurses.After the end of routine training,10 new bachelor nurses were interviewed in depth by using the method of phenomenological research in qualitative research.The data were analyzed according to Colaizzi 7-step analysis.Results Four themes can be summed up:the level of psychological resilience is higher than that before training;the and psychological stress are high;the sense of belonging is low;and the sense of occupational benefit is improved.Conclusion Nursing managers should attach importance to the true feelings of bachelor nurses in standardized training and support them,understand and meet their basic needs,optimize the rotation and assessment system of standardized training,and reduce the physical and mental pressure of new nurses.So as to enhance the training effect,enhance the comprehensive quality of new nurses,so that they can adapt to and be competent for clinical nursing as soon as possible.
