轻度认知功能障碍患者认知功能与胆红素水平及相关影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者的胆红素水平,探索MCI患者认知功能与胆红素水平之间的关系并对MCI的相关影响因素进行分析。方法采用随机抽样法,选取2016年1月1日—12月30日在江苏省扬州市某三甲医院就诊的老人作为研究对象,对53例MCI患者和47例健康老人应用简易精神状态量表(Mini Mental Status Examination,MMSE)进行认知状况进行调查,检测两组参与者的胆红素水平,比较两组间胆红素水平的差异。同时运用多因素Logistic回归分析MCI的相关因素。结果①MCI组胆红素水平(11.23±3.94)μmol/L明显低于健康对照组(15.47±8.74)μmol/L,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②胆红素水平、教育年限、体质指数是MCI的独立危险因素。结论①MCI患者的认知功能障碍与胆红素水平下降有关。②MCI患者的胆红素水平、教育年限、体质指数影响其认知水平。
