胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能恢复与家庭功能及健康行为的关系研究

Relationship among knee function recovery and family function and healthy behavior in patients with tibial plateau fracture

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能恢复与家庭功能及健康行为的关系。方法采用方便抽样法选取2017年2月—2018年2月本院骨科收治的胫骨平台骨折患者92例,术后3个月采用Rasmussen膝关节功功能表、家庭功能评定(FAD)量表及健康促进生活方式量表(HPLPⅡ)对患者进行评价,采用Pearson单因素分析胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能恢复与家庭功能及健康行为的关系。结果患者术后3个月Rasmussen膝关节功功能评分为(67.85±3.82)分、FAD量表总评分为(128.25±5.78)分、HPLPⅡ总评分为(123.45±2.69)分。经Pearson单因素分析可知,胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能评分与家庭功能总评分及相关维度(行为控制、家庭角色分工、问题解决、情感反应)呈负相关(P<0.05),而与健康责任、运动锻炼、营养、压力管理及HPLPⅡ总评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能恢复与家庭功能及健康行为有密切的关系,护士应加强患者家属健康教育,提高患者家庭功能水平,以改善其健康行为,促进患者膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the relationship among knee function recovery and family function and healthy behavior in patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods 92 cases of patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital were selected by convenient sampling method from February 2017 to February 2018.The patients were evaluated with Rasmussen knee function table,Family Assessment Device(FAD),and Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile II(HPLPII)after 3 months.Pearson test was used to analysis the relationship among knee function recovery and family function and healthy behavior in patients with tibial plateau fractures.Results The patient′s Rasmussen knee function score was(67.85±3.82),FAD scale was(128.25±5.78),and HPLP II score was(123.45±2.69).The knee function scores of patients with tibial plateau fractures were negatively correlated with family function scores and related dimensions(behavior control,family role division,problem solving,emotional response)(P<0.05),and health responsibility was positive with correlation among exercise,nutrition,stress management and HPLPII total score(P<0.05).Conclusion The recovery of knee joint function in patients with tibial plateau fracture is closely related to family function and health behavior.Nurses should strengthen the health education of patients′family members and improve their family function level to improve their health behavior and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
