间歇管饲结合穴位电刺激对吞咽障碍的影响

摘要 目的探讨间歇管饲结合穴位电刺激治疗方法对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽障碍恢复的影响。方法本次研究选取2018年3月—2020年10月本院收治的80例脑卒中吞咽功能患者。其中40例接受间歇管饲治疗的患者作为对照组,另外40例接受间歇管饲结合穴位电刺激治疗的患者作为观察组。比较并观察两组患者的治疗效果、肺炎发生率和吞咽功能评分。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果高于对照组,肺炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组的吞咽功能评分比较,观察组患者的恢复效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用间歇管饲结合穴位电刺激治疗方法对进一步改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能有重要意义,治疗效果显著且安全性较高,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of intermittent tube feeding combined with acupoint electrical stimulation on dysphagia recovery in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 80 patients with swallowing function of stroke admitted to our hospital were selected from March 2018 to October 2020.Among them,40 patients received intermittent tube feeding therapy as the control group,and the other 40 patients received intermittent tube feeding combined with acupoint electrical stimulation therapy as the observation group.The therapeutic effects,pneumonia incidence rate and swallowing function scores of the two groups were compared and observed.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of pneumonia was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the swallowing function score of the control group,the recovery effect of the patients in the observation group is better with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion To further improve swallowing function of stroke patients,intermittent tube feeding combined with acupoint electrical stimulation therapy is of great significance,with significant therapeutic effect and high safety,which is worthy of popularization and application.
