摘要
2019年4—5月利用蝙蝠竖琴网在云南省勐腊县龙林新村水沟采集到蝙蝠5只(3♀,2♂),中等偏小体型,鼻孔呈管状,耳廓较圆,外形、毛色和头骨特征与圆耳管鼻蝠Murina cyclotis相符,基于线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅰ基因(COⅠ)片段和核基因重组激活基因2基因(Rag2)片段构建的系统发育树均支持该鉴定结果,故确定该标本为圆耳管鼻蝠,为该种在云南省蝙蝠分布的新发现,标本现保存于广州大学生命科学学院。
During April and May of 2019,five vespertilionid bats(3♀,2♂)were captured using harp-trap in Longlin New Village,Mengla County,Yunnan Province,China.The bats are small to medium size with tubular nostrils and round pinnae.The external,pledge color and craniodental characteristics of these bats accord with Murina cyclotis,and confirmed by molecular phylogenetic inferences using the partial cytochrome oxidase subunitⅠgene(COⅠ)and recombination activating protein 2 gene(Rag2).This finding represents a new chiropteran record in Yunnan Province,China.All specimens are preserved in School of Life Sciences,Guangzhou University.
