双师型STEM教学模式的构建与实践 被引量:12

摘要 我国在STEM教育持续推进的过程中,面临师资队伍专业资质不足、学科背景不强等问题。双师课堂作为一种新型教学方式,依托互联网平台传播优质教育资源,为解决STEM教育的师资问题提供了新思路。基于此,文章结合对双师课堂内涵与特征的分析,同时借鉴国内外STEM教学模式,构建了以学生为主体、教师为主导的双师型STEM教学模式,强调线上教师的“知识块”角色、线下教师的“知识串”角色和学生的知识建构过程。此外,文章还介绍了双师型STEM教学模式在济南市一所小学进行的应用实践,并通过问卷和访谈的方式验证了此模式的可行性与有效性。文章发现,双师型STEM教学模式能够有效促进STEM教师的专业成长与发展,提升学生的创新精神与实践能力,并可为推动我国STEM教学模式变革提供参考。 In the process of continuously advancing STEM education,China was faced with the problems such as insufficient professional qualifications and weak academic backgrounds of teaching staff.As a new type of teaching method,double-type teacher classroom could provide new ideas for solving the teacher problem in STEM education relying on the Internet platform to disseminate high-quality educational resources.Based on this,combining with the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of double-type teacher classroom,and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign STEM teaching models,this paper constructed the double-type teacher STEM teaching model with students as the main body and teachers as the leading,which emphasized online teachers’“knowledge blocks”role,offline teachers’“knowledge strings”role and students’knowledge construction process.In addition,the application practice of the double-type teacher STEM teaching model was applied in a primary school in Jinan city,and the feasibility and effectiveness of this model was verified through questionnaires and interviews.It was found that the double-type teacher STEM teaching model could effectively promote the professional growth and development of STEM teachers,improve students’innovative spirit and practical ability,and provide reference for promoting the reform of the STEM teaching model in China.
