海南省开展农村集体经营性建设用地入市试点改革实践探索,取得了阶段性成效。文章对改革的现状及影响其推进的2个主要原因进行分析,提出建设性对策,为深化海南省集体经营性建设用地入市改革提供参考依据。

Hainan Province has carried out the pilot reform and exploration of rural collective operating construction land into the market,and has achieved initial results.In this paper,the actuality of reform and two main reasons which impacted the reform have been analyzed.Constructive strategies have been presented.It will offer the provide references to the reform of rural collective management construction land entering the market in Hainan province.
