新疆枣农绿色生产意愿影响因素分析

Influencing Factors of Green Production Willingness of Jujube Farmers in Xinjiang

农业绿色发展是大势所趋。为响应新疆自治区绿色化发展理念,对新疆地区枣农绿色生产意愿进行研究。基于计划行为理论,运用结构方程对新疆地区303户枣农的绿色生产意愿进行实证分析。结果表明,有73.1%枣农有绿色生产意愿,新疆地区绿色化发展理念推行效果较好;经济收益、环境价值观、主观规范对枣农绿色生产有正向推动作用,情感态度和知觉行为对枣农绿色生产意愿有负向影响,其中,经济收益对枣农绿色生产意愿影响最大,知觉行为影响最小。基于此,提高枣农的绿色生产意愿可着重于以下方面:加强枣农对绿色生产意愿的认可度;加强枣农绿色生产相关培训;引进龙头企业,大力宣传环境保护及风险补贴政策等。

The green development of agriculture is the general trend.In response to the concept of green development in Xinjiang Autonomous Region,the green production willingness of jujube farmers in Xinjiang was studied.Based on the theory of planned behavior,the structural equation model was used to empirically analyze the green production willingness of 303 jujube farmers in Xinjiang.The results showed that:73.1%of jujube farmers have green production willingness,and the implementation effect of green development concept in Xinjiang is better;economic benefits,environmental values and subjective norms have a positive role in promoting green production willingness of jujube farmers,while emotional attitude and perceptual behavior have negative impact on the green production willingness of jujube farmers;among them,economic income has the greatest impact,while perceptual behavior has the least impact.Based on this,some suggestions on enhancing jujube farmers’green production willingness were put forward from strengthening jujube farmers’recognition of green production willingness,strengthening related training of jujube farmers’green production;introducing leading enterprises,vigorously publicizing environmental protection and risk subsidy policies and so on.
