摘要
中国是农业大国,随着国家对"三农"工作重视程度的加大,以及科学技术水平的不断提高和市场经济的不断发展,互联网信息技术的应用越来越广泛,在此背景下产生的电子商务迅猛发展,农村也逐渐成为电子商务发展的重要市场,并受到社会各界的广泛关注。随着国家和地方一系列促进农村电子商务发展政策的出台,农村电子商务快速发展,从而使农村农业市场前景在电子商务的影响下也变得越来越广阔;在互联网的影响下,电子商务为中国农村市场筑牢了发展根基。农村电子商务改变了农村传统的农业生产与农产品营销方式,在推动农产品生产销售环节发挥了积极的作用,但目前仍存在推广有限、制度不完善、法律不健全、物流成本高等方面的不足。最后,针对存在的问题提出了推动农村电商发展的对策建议。
China is a big agricultural country.With the government’s increasing emphasis on agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the continuous improvement of science and technology and continuous development of market economy,the application of internet information technology has become more and more extensive.In this context,e-commerce has developed rapidly,and rural areas have gradually become an important market for the e-commerce development,which has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.With the promulgation of a series of national and local policies to promote the development of e-commerce in rural areas,e-commerce in rural areas has developed rapidly,made the prospects of rural agricultural market become more broader under the influence of e-commerce,and under the influence of the internet,e-commerce has laid a solid foundation for the development of China’s rural market.Rural e-commerce has changed the traditional way of agricultural production and products marketing in rural areas and played a great role in promoting the production and sales of agricultural products,however,there still exists many deficiencies such as limited promotion,imperfect systems,imperfect laws,high logistics costs and so on.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the development of rural e-commerce in response to the existing problems.
