On the Theoretical Consciousness of Teacher

摘要 教师的理论自觉是指教师对教育实践的理性认识,并在理性认识的指导下从事自己的教育实践。它包含着三个相辅相成的构成要素:一是对已有教育实践的理性把握;二是对当下教育实践的理性反思;三是对未来教育实践的理性筹划。教师的理论自觉既是教师作为有意识、有目的的独立个体的必然诉求,也能助推教师成为头脑清醒的教育者、教育实践的创新者与个人理论的拥有者。而教师理论自觉的培育则需熟读史书,洞见育人之道;运用理论,重构自身实践;提炼观点,创建个人理论。 The teacher’s theoretical consciousness was the teacher’s rational understanding of educational practice and deals with one’s own educational practice based on rational understanding.It contains three factors which supplement each other.One is the rational understanding of past educational practice.The other is the rational reflection of present educational practice.The third is the rational construction of future educational practice.The teacher’s theoretical consciousness is the inevitable pursuit of independent person.It is helpful for teachers to become wise educators,practical creators and owner of individual theory.In order to cultivate teacher’s theoretical consciousness,the following things should be done:to have the awareness of educational history and to grasp the educational logic;to apply theory and to reconstruct one’s own practice;to abstract one’s own opinion and to construct individual theory.
