摘要
学生来源背景的多元化对文化回应教学提出了迫切要求,而文化回应教学的关键在于培育文化回应型教师。国际上文化回应型教师的培育从政府导向、课程开设、实地体验、流动计划、管理实践等几个方面入手,搭建了较为系统的文化回应型教师培育体系,可以为我国提供重要的借鉴和启示。
The diversity of students'sources and backgrounds puts forward requirements for cultural response teaching,the key of the cultural response teaching is to cultivate cultural response teachers.The cultivation of culture-responsive teachers in the world starts from the aspects of government orientation,curriculum setting,field experience,mobility plan,management practice and so on.We establish a more systematic culture-responsive teacher cultivation system,which can provide important reference and enlightenment for our country.
