固溶处理对控氮00Cr17Ni12Mo2钢的影响

摘要 采用箱式电阻炉对控氮00Cr17Ni12Mo2钢进行固溶热处理试验,对固溶热处理后的组织和性能进行观察和检测。试验结果表明:在1010~1090℃范围内,随着固溶温度升高,试样的强度先升高后降低,在1050℃固溶处理后强度最高;在1050℃固溶处理中,随着保温时间的增加,晶粒快速长大,强度快速降低;固溶处理冷速越快则强度越高,试样在1050℃保温2 h后水冷处理,检测试样的350℃屈服强度、抗拉强度分别达到189 MPa、482 MPa,晶粒度为5级。 The solution treatment of nitrogen controlled 00Cr17Ni12Mo2 steel was carried out in a box type resistance furnace.The observation and test of the microstructure and properties of the material finds out that with the rise of solution treatment temperature in range of 1010 to 1090℃,the strength of the test samples increases first and decreases later.The strength reaches the highest value when the material is subject to the solution treatment at 1050℃.The grains of the material grow larger quickly and the strength decreases faster with the increase of holding time at the temperature 1050℃during the solution treatment.The higher cooling rate of solution treatment leads to the higher strength of the material.The test samples cooled with water after 2 hours of being held at the temperature 1050℃have the yield strength of 189 MPa at 350℃and the tensile strength 482 MPa and the grain size of 5 grade.
