On Logic Thread of the Provincial 14^(th) Five-Year Plan for Vocational Education Development

科学编制省域“十四五”时期职业教育发展规划,要以党中央、国务院相关文件精神为指导,与区域经济社会发展规划相协调,满足经济社会发展和人的全面发展对职业教育的需求。规划的逻辑主线应确定为:持续完善现代职业教育体系,推动职业教育内涵式、高质量发展,彰显职业教育的类型特征,形成多元化办学新格局,增强职业教育的适应性。通过建设职业教育高地,探索中国特色职业教育发展的“地方方案”。

When formulating provincial plan for the development of vocational education during the 14th Five-Year,the policies of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council should be taken as guidance,and coordinated with regional economic and social development plans,the needs of economic and social development and all-round human development should be met.The logic thread of the planning should include continuously improving the vocational education system,promoting the connotation and high quality development,highlighting the type characteristics,forming a new pattern of diversified school running and enhancing the adaptability.Local schemes for Chinese characteristics will be explored through the construction of vocational education highlands.
