地方高职院校创新创业学院建设思路探讨——基于陕西省高职院校调研

Research on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Schools of Local Higher Vocational College:Based on the Investigation of Shaanxi Higher Vocational Colleges

以25个高职创新创业试点学院为研究样本,从人才培养、政策指引等方面阐述其建设内涵;从组织架构、办学模式等方面探讨其组织机制;从功能定位、教学改革、人才培养、师资建设等四个方面探讨其运行机制;从基础设施、经费投入、人员配置等方面探讨其保障机制。以期为地方高职院校创新创业学院建设提供思路。

We take 25 innovation and entrepreneurship schools of local higher vocational college as the object and elucidates their significance in terms of talent cultivation and policy guidance.Focusing on their organization structure and education pattern,we explore their organization mechanism.To investigate their operation mechanism,we study their function,teaching reform,talent cultivation and teaching staff.We also concentrate on how they are supported in terms of infrastructure,fund and staffing.
