摘要
目的:研究小儿内科急性腹痛的临床特点与治疗的效果。方法:选取在2018年1月-2019年8月来我院就诊的52例内科急性腹痛患儿为研究对象,分析其临床特点,并有针对性的制定治疗措施,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后患儿的疼痛率19.23%与治疗前44.23%相比较低(p<0.05)。结论:小儿内科急性腹痛发病比较急,且伴随着疼痛,应该根据患儿的表现症状制定相应的治疗方案,促进患儿的病情恢复。
Objective:To study the clinical features and treatment effects of acute abdominal pain in pediatric medicine.Methods:52 cases of children with acute abdominal pain who came to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object,the clinical characteristics were analyzed,and the treatment measures were formulated to observe the treatment effect.Results:The pain rate of children after treatment was 19.23%lower than that before treatment(44.23%)(p<0.05).Conclusion:The acute abdominal pain in pediatric medicine is more acute and accompanied by pain.A corresponding treatment plan should be formulated according to the symptoms of the child’s performance to promote the recovery of the child’s condition.
