Set Up and Application of Monitoring Management System for Railway PassengerVehicles Operation

在分析铁路客车运用作业现状的基础上,构建铁路客车运用监控管理系统,该系统由乘务监控管理系统和地面检修视频监控系统2部分组成。其中,乘务监控管理系统又分为出乘和退乘子系统、客车巡检子系统和发电车视频监控子系统3个子系统。分别论述乘务监控管理系统和地面检修视频监控系统的主要功能。简要论述铁路客车运用监控管理系统的应用成效,分析应用中存在的问题,提出未来改进建议。

Based on the analysis of current operating situation of railway passenger vehicles,an operation monitoring management system for railway passenger vehicles is set up.This system consists of two parts:the crew monitoring management system and the ground maintenance monitoring management system.The crew monitoring management system is divided into three subsystems:the entrance and exit register subsystem,the railway passenger vehicles pa⁃trol subsystem and the mobile power plant car video monitoring subsystem.Discuss the main function of the crew mon⁃itoring management system and the ground maintenance monitoring management system.This paper briefly discusses the application effect of the operation monitoring management system for railway passenger vehicle,analyzes the is⁃sues existing in the operation,and raises suggestions for future improvement.
