摘要
针对既有铁路气动自翻车载重相对较小、运输效率低等问题,研制满足既有铁路线路运营条件的大载重KF100A型气动自翻车。简要分析设计需求,提出研制思路。分别从底架、车厢、倾翻装置、制动装置、转向架和车钩缓冲装置6方面论述KF100A型气动自翻车的结构组成,介绍该车的主要技术参数,从车体强度、刚度、动力学性能几方面计算校核整车。运行性能试验和倾翻试验表明,该车技术方案可行,技术性能满足要求。
Aiming at the issues of relatively light-load and low-transportation efficiency of existing railway pneumat⁃ic dumper,heavy-loaded KF100A type pneumatic dumper is developed to meet the operation conditions of existing railway lines.Design requirements and development ideas are briefly analyzed.This paper discusses the structure of KF100A type pneumatic dumper from under frame,carriage,tipping device,braking device,bogie and coupler buffer device,it introduces the main technical parameters of the car,and calculates and checks the whole car from the strength,stiffness and dynamic performance of the car body.The running performance test and rollover test show that the technical scheme and product are feasible.
